Song left out on today's episode of 'Family Guy'

I remember when WBQD aired the 'Family Guy' episode "Petarded", the song where Joe starts a chain reaction of everyone eventually finds out about Peter's retardation is in tact (the one that starts with "Hi, Cleveland" and ends with "Peter is slow"). However, when the show moved to KGCW last Labor Day, I noticed some changes, and when I saw this episode again today, after Peter chased the shiny red ball and causing a wreck, it cut to Peter and Lois in a fancy restaurant where the former feels humiliated wearing a helmet and water wings. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that this edit is the work of KGCW...Did anyone outside the Quad Cities notice this on other stations?

I don't usually respond to this silliness, but a quick Google search reveals the musical number was excised by network censors.
