Spanish Pirate on 106.1 FM SW CT/Westchester County area killing WBLI

I have always listened to WBLI since I was a kid in Old Greenwich. this summer its been getting smashed badly by a pirate or pirates. any Idea where it might be coming from or did BLI move their tower or change something.
has there been any talk of this on the NYC board or Long Island board
I miss MY Clear signal BLI.
