Spiff and Fred Show on WYAY-FM True Oldies 106.7 a big new hit!

Ha-ha-ha!!!!!!-"PST". what I mean dear sir, is that many local establishments that I visit are playing WYAY-FM True Oldies 106.7! I hear it in the bank, the grocery store, hardware store, diner, etc. It is because that have a super 5,000 song Oldie playlist and they have excellent talent like Mister Spiff Carner. Thank You, sir.
 
True oldies is doing well because they're new,we'll see a few months down the road how they're doing and if they loose Nascar watch out.
 
Reminds me of a song they should play on Tru Oldies. It goes something like this?

Yeah they should play that song.
 
The ratings are good because alot of people want to hear this music and they have a 5,000 song oldie playlist plus people like Spiff and Fred. The station will continue to grow......
 
Oldies are fine on weekends and holidays,but to program an entire station arround it is not a good idea. A part o me wishes True Oldies would fail.
 
Why are you SO against Oldies-Rhubarb Fan? Heck, you got Country radio stations in Atlanta by the load full! Why do you hold something against this GREAT Rock and Roll Oldies music? And NO, Oldies are great all of the time! Many people want to hear this music DAILY! That is crazy to just say that it is good for the weekends only! The great ratings of WYAY-FM True Oldies 106.7 is proof that Atlanta loves this music! They finally have a super oldies station that has a HUGE playlist! Don`t hold it against True Oldies 106.7 that Rhubarb Jones was let go. That was between him and the GM. I am sure that Rhubarb will return somewhere else in Atlanta radio when his contract expires with WYAY next spring!

Fox 97 change to The River
Lake 102 change to spanish
105.3 change to spanish
105.7 change to spanish
Sunny 100 change to spanish?

Yes, the above is proof Atlanta loves oldies. Good grief!

Take a break and write another post about oldies. We've missed your dribble.

Doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result.

Don't argue with Rhubabfan and Curtis/Great Oldies.

For the record he (they?) is (are?) right; True Oldies will take a huge hit if they lose NASCAR. And they will be a huge ratings winner for a long time due to a 5,000,000,000 song playlist.

Case closed.
 
I rember jim Gosslett when he use to call the Kimmer,he is a funny man. His girl friend Kari Dean who use to report for WGST os now a producer at Fox 5,I've seen her picture and she is hot. i'am not really against True Oldies,I'am just upsset that they replaced Rhubarb with Don Imus.Eww My earlier post was the alchool talking. If Rhubarb isn't sitting arround being bitter about it then I shouldn't be either.
 
I am sure that Rhubarb will find a new job soon.... Rhubarb fan, crank up WYAY-FM True Oldies 106.7! The Good Times and Great Oldies will make you feel alot better!

I would like 106.7 better if they didn't have Don Imus. Spiff and Fred are hillarious,with the duffus of the day and the way they pick on Evelyn Kay the traffic girl.
