Star 94's Christmas Gift to listeners: stopsets in the 1st quarter hour

Noticed on two separate instances today (Saturday) Star broke for spots in the 1st quarter hour. I assume (although I didn't listen through an entire hour to confirm) that means Star had four stopsets an hour because of x-mas spotloads?

Hummmm .... what's better positioning:

"Q100 where we play ten songs in a row, every hour"

"Star 94, where we only stop the music four times an hour"

About a year ago, Star added another stop set for awhile. Later they dropped it. I thought dropping it might have been due to the 2.5 share 12+ in last fall's book.

Star's spot load in Cindy & Ray has been very big this year. Sometimes when a station is for sale, the owners dictate things like this to increase profitability, knowing any resulting ratings drop will take a while. But who knows?
