Star 94's Jingle Jam heavy w/ singer songwriters. Will Dave's death help Star?

I included a chart showing the ratings correlation between Star and Dave the past two years. While the two stations had very similar overall ratings in 2009 and 2010, starting in 2011, they appear to go in opposite directions. As Dave cratered in 2011 into 2012, Star improved. When Dave made a modest comeback this summer, Star's numbers fell.

This is also informing the acts in the Jingle Jam. Very singer songwriter heavy. No pure pop acts.
