What's in a name? Starz has slapped Disney with copyright suits over the Star+ streaming service set to launch in Latin America this summer

Lionsgate is suing Disney over the Star+ name given that Disney was required to remove the Fox International name as a result of the Disney buying 20th Century studios in 2018-2019 from Fox Corporation.

Lionsgate argues that the Star+ name infringes on the Starz Brand.
