This station needs to fire everyone (EXcept Misty) and flip to Urban, or Hip hop leaned Rhythmic CHR. Probably rhythmic would be better, since Emmis has no interest in focusing on the Black Community, Which is a mistake, becuase Urban listners are very loyal. They could go CHR rhythmic, which is basically urban music for WHITE PEOPLE, and hispanics, and they would still knock Hot 96 down a few steps. P.S,,,You guys know I am (NOT) a big Hip Hop head, I am a straight up Dance fan,,,,, But when it comes to making money, this is what I would do.

Mysti is the only one there who sounds like she actually cares about what she's doing. This girl is an incredible talent. If Edge would remove his head from his butt, he'd see that.<P ID="signature">______________

Looking at the past few hours on YES.com, they seem to have gone 3 hours without repeating too many songs. I remember them having the most requested song every hour, which put one song into heavy rotation usually.
The mix seems right for the teen crowd, but if the talent is that bad, no wonder they aren't listening. Get that fixed and they may have a winner.

I like that line up, except, give the jocks more hours. Definately bring back Wank , Obrien and Kassie, as well as ADAM, and Keep Mysti, and Nigel around, then I would listen again. Oh, and playlist wise, Lean it a bit more Rhythmic, and Include some Dance, at least a mixshow. If you stay chr, dont go too Rhythmic, to were you only play a few POP/Rock songs, just make it sound a bit Younger playlist wise, and less Juvenile Talent wise. For those who dont take my posts seriously because I suggest adding some Dance to WNOU, Check the charts, their are some Dance songs charting on Mainstream now, and most other Chrs, even the other ones in Indiana are not afraid to play them, so why is Indy sleeping on them, when the Neighbors in Bloomington, Lafayette, Fort Wayne, and Evansville are playing them, in Small Markets. Sometimes even Hot 106.3 in (FARMTOWN) Crawfordsville sounds like a better CHR than Wnou, and even they have a Dance MIXSHOW, from Superradio I think.

Dang it clubber, stop requesting a techno station. Nobody listens to techno. Go to Borders and get your Moby CDs on your own time, and suffer in silence with your headphones. Leave the rest of us alone. It would be as profitable a move as switching to Mozart or Bach all day.

Exactly...their target audience is women 18-34 (or something like that)...how many of you who are posting are in their target...probably very few...I think they do a great job and I love the morning show...it is very funny and entertaining...and by the way Mysti is probably the worst jock on air besides Jared...I can't even stand to listen to either of them
