Stations in danger of flipping or have fallen in the ratings

I wasn't sure what stations are in danger of flipping or have fallen in the ratings:
I saw:
Z104.3 Baltimore fell quite a bit
Channel 94.5 Dayton
102.3 Kiss FM Albany

None of these stations are in serious danger.
Kiss Albany's ratings have always been low, and it's pretty much a flanker to keep Fly 92.3 out of the top spot in the Albany ratings.
Dayton's CHR expenses and overhead are pretty low, if I'm not mistaken. Little has been invested in this station, and I think it's still pretty much a Premium Choice CHR. Z-93 now that was a great CHR for Dayton.

With regards to Z-104.3 Baltimore, CC has no plans to change formats there anytime soon. The station is Top 3 in cume, and is virtually tied in AQH with its main rival, Mix 106.5.

atlantaboy: Could it be a rimshot station? In Albany, occasionally Glens Falls, Columbia/Greene and Mohawk Valley stations show up in the ratings but with a low number (such as 0.4 or so) ;)

As for WKKF/Albany, I've always thought it should lose the Taylor Swift and Christina Perri and really go towards a true Rhythmic direction (maybe call it Wild 102.3? :p)... with D. Scott in afternoon drive, I'm expecting Kiss to inch closer to its true competitor, Jamz 96.3 (it's not really competing against Fly 92 anymore, imo). If Kiss flipped in Albany, Jamz would easily be top 5 almost every book, probably :p

That's actually what I thought at first, but I asked people in the San Fran forum, and they said it was the opposite - a weak-signal station located right in the city that didn't reach very far out
