Stations on Radio-Locator in Victoria should say silent...

KJAZ, KHTZ, really in Palacios KROY all of these are Silent. How does Radio-Locator get their info from? They all have been silent for at least 2-3 years now. I know KHTZ has a app for a 4w blowtorch. Not sure if that one is on or not, I never got a signal from them.

The staff says these are on the air however at authorized lower power and awaiting further action.
