JVC Media, one of the leading independent, locally owned radio broadcast companies with over a dozen stations in New York and Florida announces a brand new morning show. Steve and Leeana will debut on WPTY, Party 105.3 Long Island on Monday February 10th 2020.

Steve and Leeana have been waking up Long Island for years and now they will be doing it on Party 105.3. JVC has been in rapid staff expansion mode company wide, continuing the JVC strategy of live, local and fun radio. JVC has been hiring and staffing the company with radio pros and industry veterans and Steve and Leeana are no exceptions.

Steve and Leeana have been a part of Long Island radio mornings for decades and now they will be part of mornings on JVC’s Party 105!

While many radio stations around the dial have been consolidating, cutting staff bringing in national shows from other markets and terminating jobs, JVC is doing the opposite and going back to what made radio great – live, local and home grown. “The new Party 105 morning show will be fun, locally focused and family friendly”, said Vice President and General Manager of JVC Broadcasting, NY Bruce Shepard, “Steve and Leeana both live on Long Island, unlike other shows in the market”, he added.
