STEVEN TYLER UNHAPPY: J. LO GOT THE "IDOL" CHEESE, HE GOT THE CRUMBS

It's a good thing they are not paid on their respective talents.

I don't think you can cash a check for ten cents.

I could see this being halfway-lobbed at Jennifer Lopez, who's [commercial] musical exploits largely came by way of her Hollywood successes--but lumping Stephen Tyler in, when he was starting out with a future Hall-of-Fame band about the time J-Lo was born?

I don't mind insults, but they should probably be somewhat believable--and I'm neither a Lopez nor an Aerosmith fan.

sounds like ego to me.if i was making 10 million a year like tyler i wouldn`t raise a fuss midway in my contract.

i like arowsmith`s music better then lopez`s music but thats how i see it.

I'm judging Tyler on his Idol gig and not as a member of a rock band. But then I don't consider Aerosmith a HoF band either.

Yes, it's definitely ego. As a person who spent the last three years at temp jobs making minimum wage, I have little sympathy for a guy complaining about making 10 million a year.

I know a lot of actors/singer/writers have "most favored nation" clauses (also called "MFN" or "Favored Nations") in their contract, that guarantee they'll get their pay bumped if other get their pay bumped as well.
