Storm Damage to radio in CT 95.9 WFOX off Air

I thought 95.9 WFOX radio site had a back-up generator for their transmitter?
their internet stream is up an running. I am wondering why they can't use their internet stream to get it up and running
WCTZ 96.7 is on air. I am wondering if they are using it by a remote site to keep it on air.

96.7's transmitter is at the stick for WSTC-AM in Stamford, the Fox is located in Norwalk along with the WNLK transmitter. Two different locations.
