Strange Spanish Christian 90.3 station heard in South Texas

Here in San Antonio sometimes at night when tropo gets real bad I can pick up a radio station on 90.3 FM. Mostly they're dead air and only airing a fairly audible 60 cycle buzz.

But a couple times they've been actually broadcasting programming and I'm hearing what seems to be Spanish Christian talk with not really good broadcasting equipment - there's some background noise. And just now I turned it on and heard what sounds like a bunch of Spanish-speaking people yelling out praises to the lord and partying with an instrumental Spanish dance style song being broadcast all via an open mic (even the music). I'd guess it was some sort of church party going on at the time when it was recorded with an iPhone or something, that's my guess from the audio quality. LOL.

But I haven't heard an ID, so can't identify this station. I know it's NOT KYRQ as KYRQ used to be really receivable here before they went off the air. Also it and a classical station keep fighting with each other, and this Spanish signal is so weak I can't pick it up 80% of the time, but it's definitely there.

Anyone have any guesses?

Yeah I think he's picking up KSXT in Smiley, TX

It's Spanish Christian. It's owned by Ballesteros...same guy leasing KYRQ in Natalia from Benavides.

That might be it. I've heard from liners on 87.7 before that it's also broadcasting on KXST in Smiley, as well as KYRQ (which is off the air right now) and KFLZ 87.7.
That was my first thought but this programming didn't sound as KFLZ did, it was different audio. But who knows, they could just be leasing it out to someone else as well as saying it's part of Radio Oasis.

This should explain what was happening; it's from a request for an STA to remain silent, filed on 06/26:

Exhibit 1
Description: JUSTIFICATION

INTERNET BACKBONE AT THE PASADENA STUDIOS IS DOWN, PREVENTING DELIVERY OF PROGRAMMING TO THE STATION.

That application was subsequently dismissed; the station notified the Commission of resumption of operations a few days ago.

Which KSXT is multi casting KBRZ in Victoria.

What's KBRZ?

Spanish format, which it use to be owned by KSBJ and had ngen radio. I miss having a good signal for ngen radio.

NGen Radio's pretty good, musically, however all of their stations I've heard have rather poor audio quality. 99.5 in Houston, for instance, 32 KBPS audio connection?

KZBJ sounds no better than a 64k stereo stream. KXBJ doesn't sound much better. Can't they do a satellite stream like KHCB does for their network stations?
