Summer has finally arrived! 5/20/2019 - First Es of the year

It wasn't much, and only one new log, and no recordings because it was in the car, but finally, summer has arrived!!

On May 19th, I had KSII-93.1 El Paso, TX at around 1957 PT, quite faintly with a Top 40 song and jingle ID 'Kiss FM.' It's a relog, 98KW at 1260 miles. Not strong enough or in time for recording.

Today, I had to go run errands and I heard about 15 minutes of skip on my way there, but sadly had to turn off the radio to go into the grocery store. Not my choice...
2:59PM - 88.3 KVCP Phoenix AZ, with end of Unshackled mentioning Chicago address, and ID 'KVCP' (sounded like KE-something) going into another Rel program. They are the new VCY America affiliate that replaced the KNAI/La Campesina timeshare during the daytime. Relog, 22.5KW at 1002 miles.
3:00PM - 88.7 KNAU Flagstaff AZ, with ID for Arizona Public Radio and start of Marketplace. Relog, 100KW at 934 miles.
3:06PM (approx.) - Rock on 93.3, sounded like talk on 92.3, seems like Phoenix relogs KDKB and KTAR. KNAU back in at this point, full stereo like a local with Marketplace talking about tariffs on China.
3:09PM - 93.9 KUQU Enoch, UT, strong with KUER IDs and weather forecasts for Logan, Salt Lake City and Provo. NEW #657, 2KW at 730 miles. Was hoping it was a real 250 watt or less translator for KUER somewhere in rural UT...
At the same time was a 92.1 with Panic! at the Disco's 'High Hopes', suspect KXBN Cedar City. Did not get an ID. When I got back around 3:40 PT, everything was gone.

Do you send out reception reports? KUER would probably love to hear from you.

Never have the time, with work and attending classes at the local college.
