Syndicated offerings of 2017--where are they headed?

http://www.tvnewscheck.com/tag/syndication Cityline or some new show saw a promo for KCWE Mornings,Steve Harvey new Show replacing existing one on KMBC,Page Six replacing Celebrity Name Game maybe FOX4KC same with Judge Judy's Game Show one exispode of Judge Judy or Family Fued exispode or putting Newscast at 4pm with Judge Judy moving.

Cityline is a long-running Canadian daytime show, from the same people that tried to make Steven & Chris work here, and is still trying to pitch The Social, the Canadian version of The View.

Cityline is on City TV in Canada, and has been for many years. CKVU Vancouver is one of their affiliates. Probably will last half a season in the US before the syndicator drops it, even though it has success in Canada.

I was surprise Cityline was a confirm go in the US only few station groups signed on Canadian shows don't do well in the US. Only Canadian show I liked was EP Daily which when I first got G4 had EP Daily for a couple years before they stopped airing the show EP Daily returned in the fall of 2011 on the weekends on WXSP at 12:30AM just half hour only. Then moved to CW7 in fall 2012 airing it daily M-F at 12AM & weekends for a full hour at 12AM to 1AM then in fall of 2013 weekends only for EP Daily at 12:30AM Saturday & 1:30AM Sunday the final few months CW7 put it back for a full on Saturday 12:30AM to 1:30AM in the summer. Then fall of 2014 didn't see EP Daily only Reelz aired it until Jan 2015 since it was on in the mornings didn't watch it.

Seinfeld may still be running locally in some parts of the country but in West TN it's only available on TBS and CW Plus, unless a Memphis station adds it back this Fall.

seen commercials for Mom and Goldbergs to be shown on KSTC45 (5-2) Independent here in Minneapolis (co-owned with KSTP ABC)

There was a 3rd show that escapes me but if I recall its the 1st year in syndication

No promos lately. In fact, KIMA is still running promos for Celebrity Name Game at noon even though the cancellation announcement was months ago. It could be replaced with Daily Mail or Page Six, or they could both be absent and KIMA goes back to 'yesterday's episode' of Inside Edition at noon like they had done for years.

I still see J.D. Jakes ad's mainly on WZZM On Target Weather Network from time to time when I flip it to see the weather update. Celebrity Name Game from time to time as well I could see Daily Mail replacing Celebrity Name Game at noon on Fox17 I think they will get Mom wonder if there going to pair it with 2 & Half Men in late night hour or put it at where Modern Family is at 7PM & 7:30PM since Mom went with 2 & Half Men theme song in promo that I saw on B&C website.

I think The Goldberg's go on WXSP since they didn't get a sitcom last year although Last Man Standing was the only new sitcom last year which is on CW7 so I don't see no new sitcoms for CW7 this fall. Still haven't seen any ad's for fall lineups on the local networks although I see no changes on WWMT or Wood TV, WOTV maybe 1 or 2 new show, WZZM Daily Blast Live so that is one new show maybe another one at 7:30PM replacing The Insider.

So Page Six and The Goldbergs goes to The CW Plus affiliates, which includes KIMA/KEPR-DT2. I wonder if Daily Mail TV will replace Celebrity Name Game at noon. It's mid July and I haven't seen one promo this summer for any new shows whether sitcom reruns or first-run.

And they will get their notice of cancellation by January 2018...bet on it. I've said it before, when your show doesn't run in NYC, LA, Chicago or San Francisco YOU LOSE! See what happened to T.D. Jakes' talk show and Tegna? Let's Ask America and Scripps? They are not getting the wide audience of the Big Apple.

Page Six 10pm KSMOTV so Inside Edition keeps getting moved the repeat of it that's on at 6:30pm KCTV5.
Wendy's Williams Fox4kc so something else now going to be at 2pm KSHB and when it airs on KMCI to.

Just like Hollywood Today Live although that was aired in NYC & LA on Fox O&O's MYTV. Mainly aired in late night hours on Media General stations before the merger with Nexstar who cancelled it this spring it was on WOTV at 5PM.

Atlanta: Looks like Funny You Should Ask will go to WPCH/ch. 17. The list of stations shows Meredith, and I don't see WGCL/ch. 46 getting it as they're locked with their celebrity gossip shows and afternoon news.

If the CW Plus doesn't get Funny You Should Ask, no one will get it here, I would assume. Byron Allen's stuff usually isn't shown here, besides Entertainers at 4AM Sunday mornings (KNDO). KIMA used to air his short-lived weekend talk show in the early '90s on Sunday nights.
