T-Pot & Stevie G... The Next Bob & Jan, Or The Next Garland & Angela?

According to the A-A, they're engaged, and they'll be hosting a show together on the Killer B in the near future.

And in other news, 105.3 won't drop the WWL simulcast until at least April. It might be Kool... or it might NOT be Kool.

It's not "The Killer B" anymore,... thank God! That was an idea of Mike Kaplan's that didn't make ANY sense.

Well, Stevie and Tierza have been engaged for a while now.... Don't interest me one bit. Though, I find I listen to the B a little more now since they made adjustments to the on-air processing. It's louder and sounds better. I like it!

As far as Kool goes, it won't matter too much longer. My good friend Michael Allen left after the first of the year, and as far as I understand, they have no on-air part-timers for Kool. I don't know about Blair and the rest. I wish them much luck!

Well, WTIX is making their mark and Walker and T-Ben are hitin' it home! IF... and that's a BIG IF,... Kool comes back, I don't see them doing as good as WTIX is doing now because people are getting used to the "expanded playlist," if you will. Sure 'TIX is not a prize, but many people were getting tired of the same 150 songs over and over and over on Kool.

Just my thoughts...
______________

well i switched the channel. B97 is no longer the new orleans station we came to know. who cares about t-pot, t-bag or whoever she is. its time for them two to retire from B97. her and stevie have been there too long. many are tired of stevie and his cheezy voice. i know i am. he's as bad as bob mitchell with his lame attempts to make people laugh at dry jokes. the only ones laughing are themselves.

I heard the show for a few minutes the other day. The station ran a promo the other day and it seems they're only on for a few hours in the afternoon. Apparently, they're married already.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't their something against married couples working together in the same workplace? I know you can't work in the same place with a family member, so when you get married, doesn't that make you a family member?

Thoughts anyone???
______________

i think mr. reed may be correct. what cities are you talking about chief?? if there are, must be clear channel. i dunno any companies that like married couples working together in a certain department/position. maybe under the same roof, but not doing the same job. see, these are not the same.
______________

Jim and Michelle Hanzo at Citadel here in NO for one... and what about husband/wife morning shows? There was one in NO back in the early '90s. Remember the Sharps on Mix 95.7? Another Jim & Michelle, I think. They came over to our building when Ed Muniz bought the station. I was on Lite 105 then.
