Tamayo Perry, surfer in 'Blue Crush' and 'Hawaii Five-0,' dies after apparent shark attack

Tamayo Perry, a surfer, lifeguard and actor in 'Blue Crush' and 'Hawaii Five-0,' died Sunday in Hawaii after an apparent shark attack off Oahu's North Shore.

In this report the preliminary death reports show that a shark attack contributed to his death. He was best known as surfer and having appearances on Pirates of the Caribbean.
