Taxing satellite radio in Virginia, to make up for declining cable TV and phone revenue?
According to posts at www.siriusbackstage.com (citing FMQB), state senators in Virginia have passed legislation that, amongst other related things, taxes satellite radio. The rationale, such as it is, was reportedly to make up for lost cable TV and landline phone revenue.
