Texas Justice and Moral Court -- on any new schedules?

I know several stations have aired Moral Court, even though it went belly-up after one season several years ago. And I know last season, stations aired reruns of Texas Justice, even though it was a goner.

Are any stations airing the reruns of either of those this season?

A station can not air programming that isn't being distributed. Do you think a "netflix" like system exists for TV stations to get these shows that are gone?
