Thanks for posting the Fair Use policy and quote procedure in the header of this site

One of my previous posts on this site was heavily edited some time ago by the moderator(s) and another one was yanked completely. Now that the policy has been posted and better explained, I now understand why and can act accordingly moving forward. Much appreciated, @frankberry
