"MOE KNOWS: Best wishes to my old friend Tim Morrissey, the longtime WTDY-AM radio newsman who has been off the air for nearly three weeks since mysteriously losing his voice. "My right-side vocal chords suddenly became paralyzed," Tim said in an e-mail message. He has undergone tests with UW physicians who are confident that with time his voice will return, though surgery is an option if that doesn't happen. ..."
