I downloaded the new AIM Triton Beta.

It includes free AOL XM radio... just when I thought we could actually compete with Satellite radio, I'm beginning to have my doubts. People can listen to music while they chat.

Actually it is THEY who can't compete with US. I say this because while AOL has its CORPORATE BUDDY XM SATELLITE RADIO and its LIMITED number of subscriber potential and its LIMITED medium, WE have the WONDERFUL concept of PODCASTING and its UNLIMITED numbers of subscriber potential and its GLOBAL medium.

So given this, if you were a bettin' man/woman, WHERE would YOU put YOUR $$$ ??

Something to think about... :)

Cheers for now :)
______________

Why would u be scared of xm radio? xm radio doesnt have the communities like internet radio. xm doesnt have the programming like internet radio. all xm radio is clear channel w/o commercials... not to mention.. you have to sign up to use.. which listeners dont care to do.
______________
