The Fate of the original NBC Radio/WW1

I know it's 2008, but by know the old WW1/NBC agreement on NBC Radio has well expired.

I assumed that First Light With Dirk Van cloes with "This Is Westwood One" as oppose to "This Is NBC Radio" like he does at the end of every broadcast.

That being said, it seems that it's a sad end to the last link (Authentic or not) of NBC Radio.

I know that Westwood One has a deal to distribute NBC News Radio, Breaking news audio from MSNBC, CNBC Business Radio, Meet The Press, audio highlights
of SNL, Leno, and Conan, and The Today Concert Series.

But if it expired, don't you think NBC should re-launch NBC Radio and make it seperate like CBS Radio plans on doing beginning in 2009 with WW1 having a

distribution agreement?

First Light still closes with "This is NBC Radio." So I guess WW1 can still use "NBC Radio" since it co-produces
NBC News Radio. BTW, WW1 announced today that CBS Radio no longer manages the company.
