I found this post by Chris...and I think its very fitting since the arbitron ratings came out this week. There is a big hole left by WHTS in the Quad Cities. A great radio station was silenced. enjoy the clip...and thanks Chris.

I know it's early and because of Radio-Info rules, one can only speak in general terms, but how is the station on that frequency doing with the new K-Love format?

I love the last aircheck of WHTS (Aka All Hit 98.9) in Quad Cities. I've never lived in the Quad Cities area before. According to the spring Arbitron ratings, WHTS, now WLKU (K-Love) doesn't get any sign of ratings after the demise of "All-Hit 98.9" back in February since the station flipped to Christian Pop "K-Love" format from Top 40. The last ratings for WHTS from the fall was successful. But now the station is gone.
