The Queen Of Progressive Radio Not Fit For "The King"... Changes At WCFO

Randi Rhodes, previously heard on WMLB 1690 as part of their old progressive talk format in the mid-2000's, next week resurfaces in Atlanta on WCFO 1160, with two hours of her three-hour show airing at 3-5 PM, in between the tape-delayed Dennis Miller and Mancow programs, though both of them move up from later timeslots; also, Lou Dobbs gets kicked from a live 2-4 PM clearance to 8-10 PM tape delay:

I'm no progressive, but Randi Rhodes does a good show.

8-10 PM tape delay on WCFO=off the air since WCFO goes to fleapower after dark. But I guess you could listen to him on the Internet.

Yes she does. Rumor is for years Rush was very vocal to Premiere to not sign her.

In between Dennis Miller and Mancow? Are they going for dumbest programming move of the year? Maybe they never heard of audience flow down there.

And what does that cute headline mean anyway? Not fit for The King? Huh? And where did you get the idea Randi is "queen of progressive (talk) radio?" If anyone is, it's Stephanie Miller. Talkers Magazine says Stephanie has an audience of 2.75 million - more than Miller or Mancow. Randi is not even on the list.

They're internet only right now but I think internet is a better suited audience for progressive talk. I'm not saying that progressive talk listeners don't listen to the radio, but they seem to be the type that would listen while working in the cube farm or something.

So, is she officially going to be off the the king come monday?
