"The Sunny Side of the Street" gets a lyrics change

Originally it was "rich as Rockefeller". Steve Tyrell's version changes it to Trump.

Any other lyrics changes like that for older songs?

This have been done more than once. The song your refer to was done for the movie Father Of The Bride II, produced in 1995. This version is darn near thirty years old. The number one song lyric swap I think of is "I Can't Give You Anything But Love" The original lyrics had Woolworth's. Many cover versions have different lyrics now that Woolworth's is History in the USA.
