There was or maybe still is a website called dig where folks discuss and link to things. Maybe the poster is looking for a link to a discussion(s) that took place there, or, he just needs a manual that's not available online. Unfortunately, I have neither. If you have a specific question, someone may have the info you need.
 
I think this poster is from another country. I have noticed that their posts are hard to figure out, with very poor English. It obviously is not the first or even second language for them.
 
On the Nicom FM-30, he's likely referring to the model that was 2 rack units (3.5") high, as opposed to the newer 1 RU version. Could he be looking for diagrams??
