"Good Morning America" anchors George Stephanopoulos, Robin Roberts and Michael Strahan paid an emotional tribute on Monday to their late producer Thea Trachtenberg.

Trachtenberg died at 51 on Sunday after a battle with heart and lung disease. She did not die of COVID-19.

The broadcasters remembered Trachtenberg as a "fearless" producer, who worked behind-the-scenes on some of the show's biggest interviews.

"Such an amazing human being," Stephanopoulos said of Trachtenberg. "Not only was she so much fun to work with, but she is just an incredibly competent, intelligent and fearless producer."
