There should be a chr/pop station like kiss use to be when will some suit do it

Why doesn't someone do that? I know i know you all say kiss does much better as rhythmic but still i am sure they alienated a ton of listeners when they did that.I like both back to back.

I enjoy hearing the veronicas and ti with rhianna on the same station. A good mix of both.

When i was home for christmas in my hometown of louisville ky our kiss affiliate which just turned 8 this past december when they went on the air they were very rhythmic but now similar to what kiss 102.7 use to be now we have 2 chr/pop stations.I know it is the south and christ louisville has way to many stations playing classic rock/hits at least in la we don't have that thank god!!!

Noone will probably beat kiss but kiss did well as chr/pop so i bet someone else could do decent. Well at least i still have my indie 1031. But i do enjoy chr i just do not have a choice for that right now in los angeles. There has been no true chr here since kiss went rhythmic.

Hits 93.9 playing all the hits cmon emmis you can do it or 100.3 todays hit music if bonneville gives up on 100.3 the sound.

It's been nearly 20 years since someone took KIIS on. Yes, that's forever and a day in this business. Hopefully this will be the year someone has the cajones to finally try it.

A direct challenge to a market leader is really expensive. I don't think we will see this sort of thing during a recession... a flanker, perhaps, though.

Why would one need crates to take on KIIS?
