They preempted that for this?

Interesting. Is that something they do often?
no. First time. But note KMNF-LD launched Dec 1, 2019 so this is something new.

It's a smart move since KMNF already airs the Jeopardy! reruns there at 6:00, so the two game shows are together.
KMNF-LD1 carries the new episodes weekdays at 6pm. KEYC-DT2 FOX carries the "Daytime Jeopardy" reruns. Again this is a 1 time thing due to the basketball being on CBS

From the looks of it, on the weekdays, KEYC airs the usual News>Wheel in the 6 hour, while KMNF airs J! at 6:00 (quite rare for CT, especially non-FOX's) and a repeat of KEYC's 6:00 news at 6:30.

Since I live here I can correct your errors
Previous to KMNF signing on December 1, 2019 both Jeopardy episodes aired on KEYC-DT2 FOX. 4pm for new shows, 4:30 for "daytime Jeopardy". Once KMNF signed on Jeopardy got moved there from KEYC-DT2(along with some other big syndicated shows)..both KEYC & KMNF are co-owned by Gray Television.
The news at 6:30 is not a rerun, but rather a separate newscast that has longer stories/interviews than the 6pm news. No sports and weather is technically taped from 6pm newscast (the weather guy is never seen on the 6:30 news)

WLUC NBC Marquette, MI is showing a WCHA playoff game between Michigan Tech and Northern Michigan
Wheel & Jeopardy are pre-empted
Dateline is shown after the new SNL (the 2nd episode will be shown at correct time)
8:30-9 filler is Family Feud

yesterdays game was on WLUC-DT2 FOX which pre-empted Smackdown which was not shown

Looks like Friday's game started at 6:30 with pre-game, so as for syndies, BBT, Jeopardy!, and Family Feud (Wheel airs on the NBC from Tue-Sat, only airs on the FOX on Mondays in place of Feud) were all pre-empted. BBT didn't air at all, Feud (a repeat) aired at 9:30 after the game, presumably JIP'd if it overran, then Friday's J! aired at 10:30 after the news, sliding back the sitcom lineup of 2 Broke Girls x 2/2.5 Men x 2/The Game by half an hour, and following that with another Feud repeat for a total of four Feud airings that day when they usually only carry three. The Game/Feud replaced Chicago PD.

Saturday's J! and Wheel reruns are bumped to 11:00 and 11:30 AM Sunday morning, usually Paid Programming slots.

Saturday NBA overran again, but only two minutes this time. Still resulted in programming delays and JIP's in most markets, with WABC running news to 12:02 and starting Wipeout a couple minutes later.

KABC's Slam Dunk still ran a full hour; the ABC 7 chyron said 9:03 when it signed off, and after 4-5 minutes of commercials, by the time the Wheel of Fortune rerun was JIP'd, it was already on Round 2, while generally two minutes into the show is not even before Round 1 starts.

Over in SF on KGO...

KGO San Francisco changed their post-sports Saturday lineup, which now puts Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune in their proper order and are now padded by localish so that they are unlikely to be pre-empted if the game overruns.

Before:
8:00 - After the Game
8:30 - Wheel of Fortune (briefly Jeopardy!)
9:00 - Jeopardy! (briefly "Sips with Spencer")
9:30 - Bay Area Life
10:00 - Rerun of Nightline or 20/20

New Lineup:
8:00 - After the Game
8:30 - Localish
9:00 - Jeopardy!
9:30 - Wheel of Fortune
10:00 - Localish
10:30 - Bay Area Life

Forgot to mention that back on 2/22, KGO reverted its Saturday lineup to the "Before" version (same as CFB season). Fortunately, that day's NBA signed off on time, so WOF wasn't interrupted that day, though 2/29's game did overrun.

Now, starting 3/7, we're mostly back to the "After" lineup, except the 8:30 Localish filler is gone because After the Game has expanded to an hour like KABC's Slam Dunk (maybe to add discussion for NCAA?), so that show will lead straight into Jeopardy! if everything's on time, or at least close to it. Despite NBA's small overrun tonight, After the Game managed to sign off just before 9:00 so that Jeopardy! could begin on time. If we get a 15+ minute overrun with this lineup, it won't surprise me if they run ATG to 9:30, then show J! at 9:30 and skip WOF, which they have done before.

NASCAR race ran until 6:24 tonight so the Simpsons rerun was 6 minutes. They had the open then after commercial mentioned it being JIP'd and a couple minutes later it was done

At 10:30AM some if not all 4 news channels in Connecticut will cutoff programming. Governor Lamont and Senator Blumenthal are supposed to speak about the virus. 3 cases now in Connecticut. (Only one is a CT resident). Plus 7 students at Trinity College are in self quarantine.

Here's what would be affected.

3 (CBS) - Let's Make a Deal
8 (ABC) - Rachael Ray
30 (NBC O&O) Hoda and Jenna
61 (FOX) FOX 61 Morning News

If it runs into the 11AM Hour

3 Price is Right
8 The View
30 NBC Connecticut News at 11AM
61 Wendy Williams

It looks like E.T. er, Wendy Williams's show aired, as normal at 11 AM ET for FOX Hartford. Laundromat had it on. You wouldn't pay me to watch that crap otherwise.

hmmm wonder what happened since the game went 3 OT's and ran 4:30 thus putting the ending around 10:45. Guess the SNL rerun must have been JIP'd

Syndicated shows ratings are out. Note some of these shows went down due to local news having to go to a CDC Press Conference to announce COVID-19 investigation or state of Emergency in their states.

Talk titan Dr. Phil had the right medicine in the session ending March 1, uncorking the show’s biggest rating of the season in a week peppered with preemptions for the Weinstein verdict, the Kobie Bryant memorial, the South Carolina Democratic debate, the Milwaukee brewery shootings and President Trump’s coronavirus press conference.

While most strips were flat to down, Phil forged ahead 8% from the week before to a new season high 2.8 live-plus-same-day national Nielsen rating, convincingly leading the talkers for the 178th times in last 182 weeks.

Live with Kelly and Ryan did well to snare second place, resisting the downdraft and holding steady at a 2.0.

Ellen DeGeneres declined 5% to a 1.9, followed by an unchanged Wendy Williams at a 1.3. Maury moved down 8% to a 1.1, matching its series low, while Rachael Ray retreated 9 to a 1.0, tying Steve Wilkos, which stayed at a 1.0.

Meanwhile, the top two rookies both surged in the key demos and held their ground in households in the face of sharply declining PUT levels and certain news-related preemptions.

Kelly Clarkson, the season’s No. 1 new show, jumped 20% in the coveted women 25-54 age group and hung tough at a 1.3 household rating, to tie veteran Wendy for fourth place among the 14 talkers.

They canceled the St. Patrick's Day Parades in both Hartford and New Haven, due to the Coronavirus, so CW 20 in Hartford and News 8 WTNH in New Haven both have to find alternate programming to air for a couple hours on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Perhaps they could televise NYC's parade.

The 3PM Programming on The 4 news Channels in the Hartford/New Haven market were all joined in progress at around 3:45PM yesterday due to a news conference by Governor Lamont declaring a Pubic Health Emergency in the state of CT. Affected programing was:

3 - Dr. Oz
8 - Dr. Phil
30 - Ellen
61 - Daily Mail TV

Correction. People's Court for 61.
