Things that annoy me: Radio stations that call them selves new for years

Then you must absolutely go apoplectic when passing through the detergent aisle in your neighborhood grocery store and seeing all those boxes shouting "NEW!" and "IMPROVED!" at you. Like for the past 50 years or so.

Around October 19, 2009, exactly a year after 106.9 dropped the oldies and started the
simulcast of 740 KC, the newsreaders stopped saying "and now FM 106.9"....
they now say "...on All News 740, and FM 106.9, KCBS"...

Funny...I still listen to the AM side of KCBS, not the FM...

Can you remember in the mid-1980s when "The New KOIT" was prevalent for THREE YEARS??

Wow, if this is the best he can come up with that's "wrong" with radio right now, we're all in trouble....,seriously, voice tracking, premium choice formats, no weekenders, no promotion or marketing, staff cutbacks, Jetcopter 810 going away...now those are problems!
