This is the right time for NY to get a Classic Hip Hop station - Discuss....

Yeah, but I don't think an HD-2 qualifies as a legitimate "station". ;D

I guess the idea was for a normal FM station to take up the classic hip-hop format.

And arguably, history's borne the accusation out, esp. in Chuck Berry's case (underaged hookers, toilet cams et al)
