Sorry. I just had to get this off my chest. From some other discussions on how supposed Christian record co's mistreat their legacy artists. Ever wonder why you cannot buy great CCM anymore?

The issue of the artist getting any royalties is totally different. Most
artists won't see any or not very much from record sales. Just ask Larry
Norman, Phil Keaggy, Pat Terry, Mark Farner and thousands of others who
have been burned by the record companies.
The CDs that The Imperials are selling, are CDRs. These are mass produced by a duplication company that The Imperials are using. All the masters are owned by Providence, Word, and EMI so there is no way for The Imperials to get a hold of the Masters.
So they went to the next best thing and restored the recordings from LPs and other CDs that were already released.

Great going CCM industry. Screw your customers. No wonder the music sounds so lame and cardboard these days.
