  1. Changes in DMA / TV market definitions
  2. ATSC 3.0 rulemaking
  3. Clarification of rules regarding 10 watt Class D FMs
  4. Removal of last vestiges of analog TV rules
  5. Fine for radio owner who did not have knowledge of what a time brokerage client was doing.
  6. 18 new full power TV stations, with $6.4 million going for one in Grand Forks, ND. Others in Freeport, IL, Alexandria, MN, Flagstaff, AZ and more.
