TIME FOR NY POST TO BRING IN RODNEY HO TO COVER RADIO IN GOTHAM !!!

I'm sold on RODNEY HO who covers the radio biz in ATLANTA. Read his stuff at ajc.com. He's a young man from Long Island. The POST needs his spirit. I'm fed up with the POST with the lack of radio news. THE STARR REPORT is FLUFF!

Dig in the deep pockets at NEWS CORP and take on THE DAILY NEWS! Give some space for the radio biz!

I've noticed Phil Mushnick (sports and media columnist) is also gone. I've enjoyed reading his columns week in and week out. And this month, he just up and disappeared. Don't know why...

I was wondering too. Sunday (3-16-08) the NY POST (in the TV pull-out section) had a note stating Mr. Mushnick is on a vacation. Will return in 2 weeks. When was his last column? I'll have to research. WFAN's Steve Somers calls Phil "PHIL MUSHBERGER".

I remember hearing Phil as a guest on the HOWARD STERN SHOW (SIRIUS) over a year ago. Howard had one of his crew track down Phil and get him on the show. Phil called-in. Howard poked fun of him because of his cough (smoking?).

I will never forget what Phil did for me. Back in 1982 the NY METS hired LORN BROWN to be one of their broadcasters. NY METS official site states Brown did TV/CABLE work. Ch. 9 was the Mets home on broadcast TV in '82. Phil printed my thoughts. I did not give him a good review. I stated he would NOT last. I was 100% right. We only had one year of his work. Brown made many mistakes on the air. He worked in Chicago & Milwaukee prior to coming to GOTHAM, per some Web sites. If ya ask me...you should be on top of your game if you come to NYC.

Phil was the first media member to print my reviews of radio/TV folks. A 2 week vacation? Hmmmm. I hope he's ok. Thank you.....Phil.

And thank you DToTheJ.
