Time Slot for Katie Couric's New Talker 9/10 on KTRK/Houston

I saw a promo today on KTRK/Houston for "Katie" starting 9/10 at 3PM. That's one hour later than the rest of the country - 3 Eastern/2 Central. I guess the later time is a better lead-in for the 4PM newscast. General Hospital is supposed to move to 1PM since Katie will have the 2PM slot nationally. I wonder what will happen with the current 3PM hour shows - Millionaire and Inside Edition...move one hour earlier or be replaced with new programming?

Katie will be on at 3pm local time on the ABC O&Os, regardless of time zone. In Chicago, WLS is moving Inside Edition and Jeopardy! (long-established in the 3pm hour there for the better part of 20 years) an hour earlier, with Katie following at 3. KABC, here in Los Angeles, is moving Dr. Oz (acquired from Fox's KTTV last year, to replace Oprah) is also moving an hour early from 3 to 2.

ABC's east coast O&Os all have news at 4pm ever since Oprah signed-off, so that's not going anywhere.

From what I heard, "Millionaire" and "Inside Edition" will return to ABC-13 on September 10th. As a consequence, both shows will be pushed back one hour earlier to accommodate "Katie", a new talk show that will be seen at 3:00PM, local time over most ABC stations, including DFW's WFAA, which is pushing "Anderson" back to 2PM, that would be followed by "Katie" at 3PM; then, "Dr. Oz" at 4PM, right before NEWS 8 at 5PM.
