TMZ Sports is going to be on KLAC-AM Los Angeles

This Show Will be on KLAC-AM Los Angeles and on Iheartradio. Huh It will be distributed by Clear Channel but this is a strange move here I know that KLAC is the Fox Sports Radio Affiliate today. But the TMZ Head Harvey Levin Said "The show is going to attract people who love sports so they can learn more about the athletes they follow. It will also attract lots of people who don't follow sports but like watching the drama and the fun."

OK Lets wait for the results on that one.
 
I remember when Harvey Levin had a talk show on KMPC in 1981. I like his declaration that the new sports program will attract people who "like watching the drama and the fun." People can watch drama on radio how exactly?

Dang I never knew Levin did Radio at one point. All I knew about Levin was that he was on KCBS2 News during the OJ Trial then Peoples Court Before going to TMZ. Its got to mean something the Athletes and Coaches in question must face Lohan type issues.
 
Joke all you want but Levin knows his audience.
TMZ is pretty trainwreck journalism but they have a way of making the absurdity of the reality funny.

I think TMZ Sports will be very successful.

Given that KLAC already more or less covers Hollywood and sports (particularly when the two are intertwined together), TMZ will fit on this station quite nicely.
 
Hmm - talk about what Lindsay Lohan did when the Red Sox won the World Series? Or Kim Kardashian? YUCK....this is why I will not listen to TMZ Sports, and I don't watch TMZ on TV.

It's not going to be like that, unless Lindsay starts dating sports athletes.
Let's face it, sports figures do just as much stupid crap like Lindsey does (Lamar Odom anyone?)
That's the area the TMZ Sports division will be focused on.
