Tommy Griffiths (Of Tommy and Rumble Fame) Returns to Hampton Roads

Tommy in the Morning is set to start March 1st, but on what station you ask? The Fox or perhaps back at FM 99? Nope.

On Oldies/Classic Hits Magic 105.3. This should be interesting considering he left a Rock Station (FM 99) then did Classic Rock (100.3 WBIG Washington DC) now Oldies. I don't know if he'll be moving back here or just doing voice tracking (which I dislike).

Magic went from a 2.7 (17th Place) to a 4.9 (9th Place) ratings share for the month of January so this could perhaps bring them up even more.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Ironic. Now Tommy won't be able to steal or replay any bits that Rumble wrote or was on like he's been doing. I don't get it. Rumble was the funny one. That's why Tommy isn't with him anymore. Duh.

Billy Joel did do a cover of that song in the '80s.

Should be interesting to hear tomorrow. Magic did very well in January's Ratings. I'm really surprised it out did both country stations. Its even neck in neck with Hot 100.5
