If you guys don't like it I'll never post another internet stream again, how's that?
Edited by PSAIRCHECKS on 11/22/05 06:13 AM.

How do you record internet streams? I would like them as I might be getting an IPOD for the holidays.

Thanks for this Mike. It was worth waiting almost an hour to download. (At least YSI let me do it without just freaking out and stopping like it normally does)

I use:

Streambox VCR - Caches RealMedia and some mms: streams, also an excellent download manager. Can be used to resume broken YSI DL's.

Stream Download Project - Effective on mms: streams.

Stream Ripper - Works on Shoutcast, Live 365, and other MP3 and Ogg Vorbis streams.

There's certainly other programs out there as well to cache streaming media, but these are the ones I'm most comfy with. (Though being on dial-up restricts the number of streams I can cache somewhat.)
