Here is an update on the deal.

Townsquare Media has closed on its previously announced purchase of 19.5kW Classic Rock WOUR-FM (96.9) Utica, NY, from Galaxy Communications for $3.65 million. Galaxy is headed by by Ed Levin and continues to own stations in Utica-Rome and Syracuse, NY. Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. brokered the transaction.
