Charles D. Mills of VA wins with $49,000 bid against Radio Plus of Fond du Lac, WI after six rounds.
Mills is former owner of WKTT at Cleveland, WI and if he qualifies as a new entity, he could get 35% discount on bid, to net $31,850.

Station is site restricted to area south of Manitowoc, WI at 6kw on 98.9 Mhz.
