Nice catches from Jersey. I grew up in Virgnina Beach and used to get great tropo the opposite direction (VA to NJ/PA/Long Island) when I was a teenager way back in the (late) 80s. Check out http://hamptonroads.vartv.com/ for a very detailed listing of stations in the Eastern VA area

Here are some data fills for your catches...
92.9 WVBW (The Wave) Suffolk (was WFOG until 7/05)
94.1 WXEZ (Star94.1) Yorktown
95.7 WVKL (95-7 R&B) Norfolk
100.5 is actually WXMM Norfolk (not WXXM; maybe a typo?)
100.9 WFMI (Rejoice 100.9) Southern Shores NC
105.3 WKUS (KissFM) Norfolk
105.7 WRSF (Dixie 105.7) Columbia NC
