I'm pretty sure if Uri had been asked to testify, he would disagree with that assessment.
They're building this entire thing on Uri Berliner's article, which has been disputed by many people who have knowledge of the situation.
Through all of this, nobody in congress has ever called on anyone at CPB to testify. I'm sure if they did, they'd get the answers they seek.
CPB is being accused and convicted of many things without any opportunity to present a defense. Whatever happened to due process?
