Unidentified E-skip from Mexico to Wichita, Kansas; assistance in identification needed

These are my first E-skip I've caught on the FM band on December 21, 2024 (earlier in the day, there had been Es DTV carriers on channel A2 [54.31]). Both are in Spanish.
  • 89.5 was recorded at 11:14:24 AM. The programming sounds like a religious program giving gratitude to God.
  • 91.3 was recorded at 11:15:35 AM. Some holiday-like talking with a man called "Diego" and a woman.

Perhaps 89.5 is KEPX Eagle Pass, TX, at 650 miles, and 91.3 is XHEPL Ciudad Cuauhtemoc? KEPX is a Spanish religious station, but at 11 am KEPX has "Música que inspira" on Saturdays, according to their schedule. And according to Rabbitears.info logs, the Manhattan, Kansas tuner (Matthew Sittel) picked up KTPD Del Rio, Texas 89.3 FM.
