Univision Radio cancels Luis Jiménez Show in NY

The Luis Jiménez Show, on the air on Univision Radio’s WXNY 96.3 FM since 2008, was abruptly pulled off the air. On Facebook, fans today wanted to know why the show wasn’t on the air.

A company source confirmed the show was cancelled and that Luis Jiménez is no longer with Univision Radio. Effective immediately, the station will be airing a music intensive format in the 7 am to 12 pm time period, occupied until yesterday by the Puerto Rican DJ.
