Univision's "H20 Radio" to come to Los Angeles?

Just saw that Univision is bringing the H20 Music Festival to Los Angeles with a hefty roster of artists.
The only other stop on the tour was Dallas...a town where the H20 Radio format recently launched.
Could this be a sign?

LA has KIIS, KAMP, KPWR, KBIG, KXOL, KSSE and KXOS in the contemporary arena. KXOL just kicked off a new format which is conceptually similar, and it is on a "B" that is as good as KROQ in coverage.

The two "good" UR signals, 107.5 and 101.9, are doing quite, quite well.

Didn't this event flop in there own back yard in dallas?

Whose "own back yard"? H20 was not even on the air in Dallas when they did the first concert.

But Univision Radio, most likely, had intentions of creating a format off of the "H20" brand when the idea of the music festival was created.
These music festivals cost quite a bit of money to throw, so I can only imagine that Univision has a purpose in bringing the H20 Festival to Los Angeles, be it if they're bringing the format to HD2 or through an FM signal, which is unlikely.
