Urban Radio War: Funk Flex diss DJ clue over Ratings

Competition is healthy, and I admit, seeing Hot 97 and Power 105.1 square off against each other reminds me of the "radio wars" in the good old days (not to insinuate or advocate actual violence, of course).

With that said, hopefully Power can find ways to stay viable. Otherwise, if Clear Channel decides to retain the rights to Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity from WABC-AM, and start their own "Rush Radio" station, with all five of their FM properties performing well, they'd be in a quandary. In other words... if Power starts slipping a little too much in the near future, it could be the new home of Rush Limbaugh. Now wouldn't that be hard to believe?
 
Yes power 105 have a new logo and a new solgan " New York's Hip hop & r&b" in the pass few months Power 105 PD have switch some things around. i notice their mix show dj's have more power to play current, and new music. i also notice that there power after hours show is not all r&B show like it was before its hip-hop and r&B with cherry martinez. the show is called sexy in the city. Funkmaster flex is still the kingpin in NYC a lot of people think he too cocky but i feel he built his brand, and is allowed to talk if he is number 1 at nights.
 
Funkmaster flex Vs. DJ Clue Round ???? lol ... The RAtings came out last week, and flex been on air for the pass couple of night airing out DJ Clue. On Sat evening he went in by calling him names like "Charlie Brown" " your a cookie" " Im taking over your clubs" "Stop wearing funny hats". While Flex played the new dipset record he throw more shots at clue " This record is too hardcore for you to play keep up with your r&b, and down south music." He also said DJ Clue play straight exclusive bricks. If you listen to flex show tonight he will continue to talk ish lol Flex " You Think You Run NY. I Think You Finished" lol :D
