US Tennis Open moving to ESPN2 and Tennis Channel in 2009

I just read it today on the internet that USA Network will no longer air the US Open Tennis Tournament (since 1984) in favor of more

character driven programming. I guess one program is happy to see them go: THE WWE! ;D
 
Considering ESPN/TTC has almost every other major and the WWE just moves to Sci-Fi for the Dog Show and the US Open, I don't think its was to "favor character driven programming".
