VHF Broadcast Band Frequency of the Week - 107.9 MHz

All hip-hop, all the time here from the aforementioned WENZ/107.9 "Z107.9" Cleveland.

I don't know why they're out in Newbury, Geauga County. I don't think it's 107.7 Loudonville, tho.

107.9 near me is WNDD-FM out of Chiefland Florida. While not in coverage I can occasionally pick it up by tropo. Airs the Classic Rock from 3 class A stations located around Gainesville/ N.C Florida.

in modesto i'ev been getting KPSR-LP but it's been off the the air for 03 weeks. so now i get KDND from sacramento or KLLI from fresno

Here, south of Ottawa, WWHT 'Hot 107.9' Syracuse NY and WVPS 'VPR' Burlington VT are regular visitors (both go up into Ottawa itself, as well, while the Algonquin College station CKDJ shuts down for the summer). CHUC 'The Breeze' Cobourg ON, also joins in from time to time.

In Gary, IN, I get WLEY Aurora, IL. it's the only suburban commercial Class B FM station that has coverage that comes close to matching that of Chicago's Class B's on the John Hancock & Sears Tower (WDRV being the only Chicago FM station on the AON Building) (that also includes 4 Class B's that are licensed to the suburbs, but have their antennas in Chicago). So unless they go on backup (their backup is in Oak Brook, IL), I won't hear any other 107.9, nor WVCY Milwaukee on 107.7 in Gary, IN.

About 30 miles north of Chicago WLEY dominates, but sometimes WVCY gets through on 107.7.
