VIDA TV NOW ON 26.10, 32.9 // COLOR BARS ON 45.2, 45.3

Looks like 26 and 32 are tinkering with their lineups again. Vida is some kind of Venezula network (was only on 26 before).

Color bars are now on 45.2 & 45.3 WTHC. Probably some infomercials coming to this local travel (eats, places to visit) channel (45.1). Isn't this usually on channel 42.1?

So VIDA replaces Jewelry TV which explains the throngs of Venezualan Christians I saw rejoicing in the streets of downtown Atlanta last night but who will control the angry mobs once they become violent after learning JTV is gone from WANN? [/sarcasm]

Weird deal with 42 & 45.

WTHC 42 began showing color bars on 42.2 & 42.3 a week or so ago (see my earlier thread) and I noticed that 45.3 appeared on my channel scroll (it happens automatically whenever an additional sub channel is added to an existing rf channel....like when 36.3 was added) but I figured I had slept on the remote and accidentally hit some buttons ssince 45.1 and 45.2 were already there (but not in my favorites or "scrolling" section) as every once in a while I get aa whiff of the signal from WGNM (Christian Television Network & CTNi, the international version) out of Macon.

I'm very curious as to what's up with this! I'm on WTHC on Club Hour twice a day when they filmed our band (without our knowlege or consent) onstage and did a feature on the hot dog salesman singing with us during my tenure in the houseband at Wild Bills.

You're right they seem to be back on 42.1 today. ???? 42.2 & 42.3 seem to be pretty
good signals. It would be great if they actually put something interesting on them.

What? Me and my old country band with a hot dog cart guy we just met singing AC DC with us isnt interesting enough for you?!?! ;) LOL Just kidding! And I'm with you on that one for sure! Sure would be nice if we got an actual LOCAL channel here in Atl with some Public Access and viewer created content but Im not counting on it at all.And FYI, 45.1 and 45.2 came in enough after my post to show WGNM DT and CTNi on the display and 45.3 was deleted meaning it's no longer being transmitted. Very strange that WTHC started simulcasting or either changed their rf channel temporarily a few days ago! I noticed they are also transmitting some of their segments in 16:9 definition now too where as before, when they were displayed as ATLC DT, they were only in 4:3. They have a few new statkon ID spots too incorperating their (and the city of ATL's) new logo promoting tourism. Wonder if they'll ever weed out those old spots that looked like they were filmed in 1983 with a public access camera and still only have 7 digit phone numbers listed?

Wikipedia says WGNM is 45 in Macon (GOOD NEWS MACON) and is Christian Television
Network. Odd that we would see that in Atlanta. Maybe they are moving???

Color bars are still up on 42.2, 42.3. Odd that they would keep them up for so long. If
nothing is up, seems like they would take them down.

Yup that's the same 45 (CTN). I just have a pair of rabbit ears stuck in a short pole outside in the ground and a 18db pre amp and I get a whiff of their signal pretty regularly here in Cliftondale (between Douglasville & Fairburn) a, long wwith WCIQ 7 out of Mt Cheaha, AL pretty regularly and every once in a while PBS 23/28, PBS 33/18, and rf 13, 15.
